Please note that on receipt of your package, If you find that the items ordered to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us by telephone or email immediately. If there is a reason for the item to be returned, you will be asked to post it back (signed for), along with the original invoice and written explanation as to why you believe the item is not suitable, please ensure all parts are returned as brand new and in original packaging or no refund can be given.
Entitlement to any refund or exchanged will be established when the goods have been inspected by our staff. Please not that unless we are contacted by you within 7 days of receipt of the goods we will automatically assume that you have inspected all parts and are satisfied with the goods and accepted them. It is not company policy to discuss any refund or exchange after this period. Any parts incorrectly ordered or not faulty which are returned to us will be subject to a non-negotiable 15% handling charge. Postage will not be refunded for this reason unless parts have been supplied incorrectly by us.
Orders shipped outside of the UK including any country in the EU may be subject to custom and import taxes. This is dependent upon the local laws of the destination country. Any additional costs incurred at the border will be borne by the customer.
We have no control of these charges, please contact your local customs office for additional information.
All parts supplied by us should be fitted by a professional mechanic/motorcycle shop.
There will be no refunds given for electrical and fuel parts for obvious reasons.
Your statuary rights are not affected.
